Our services
Descriptions of our services and packages on this website are for general information. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are confirmed in a written quote, proposal or order before work begins.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated.
- Starting prices ("from") are guides. The final price depends on your requirements.
- Third-party costs, such as advertising spend, printing, hosting, domains, talent and locations, are billed separately unless stated.
- Payment terms (deposit, milestones, monthly or yearly billing) are agreed in the quote or order.
AL HUB app and listings
- Businesses must provide accurate, lawful information and have the right to use any content they supply (including photos, logos and offers).
- Every business is reviewed by our Service Provider Verification (SPV) team before being listed. We may decline, edit or remove a listing that does not meet our standards.
- Offers and prices shown in the app are set by the listed business, which is responsible for honouring them.
- Package terms, such as the number of offers, features and included video shoots, are as stated in the selected package.
Guest posts
- Articles are reviewed for quality, relevance and legality, and we may edit or decline content.
- Links are placed naturally within the article. Link attributes follow our site policy.
- We do not guarantee search rankings or traffic.
Client content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the materials you give us and confirm you have the right to use them. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of final deliverables passes to you after full payment. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
No guarantees of results
Marketing, SEO and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, such as competition, budgets, platform changes and market conditions. We work to professional standards, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UGD Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your quote or order. Work already completed and costs already incurred are not refundable unless agreed in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
